Terms and conditions in brief:
1. Packages are always delivered well-packaged
2. Our products do not have a refund.
3. If the product can be found in stock, delivery time is 1 – 3 working days. If the ordered product has exceptionally come to an end, it will be notified to the customer without delay. Delivery time: 14 – 30 working days.
4. Amatsoons Shop will not be liable for any delay or disruption such as a war, a natural disaster, an export or import ban, a decision by a public authority, a disruption to public traffic or any other similar disturbing activity.
5. The minimum amount of an order is 25 euros. There is a free shipping on orders over 60 euros inside Finland.

1. Delivery time
Delivery time is 1 – 3 working days. We always strive to deliver as fast as possible. We are contacting customers as soon as possible via email or phone if we notice delivery time to last longer than normal. Delivery time: 14 – 30 working days.

– Pick up from the nearest convenience store, price 6.90 €
Postal
– Pick up from the mail voucher, price 4,90 €
– Pick up from post offices, price 6,90 €
– Pick up at cash on delivery, price 10,90 €
– Delivery directly to your door, price 12,00 €
Pickup from the shop
– Pick up from the store, price 0 €
You can pick up a pre-paid order directly from the store without any shipping costs. We will notify you with a text message or email when the order is ready to be retrieved. Shop address is Pengerkatu 18, 00500 Helsinki. Open from Monday to Friday 10-22, Saturday 10-23, and Sunday 10-20.

5. Complaints
All complaints on orders or deliveries must be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order and must be notified Amatsoonit Shop on the following email address: amatsoonit@gmail.com or call (+358) 040 5053982
6. Canceling the Order
The customer can cancel his order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time span. To cancel the order, please send an email amatsoonit@gmail.com or call +358 40 5053982. Normally, we will notify our customers by e-mail or telephone if the delivery time differs from normal. Amatsoonit.com reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer’s account.
